I am not sure which city department to select for the records I am requesting?
- Airport - Records related to airport safety, airspace, drones, flight information, aviation fuel and building, land, hanger space and rentals.
- City Attorney - Records related to legal affairs and litigation involving the City of Hot Springs.
- City Clerk - Records include Ordinances, Resolutions, Board of Directors Meeting agendas and minutes, City records, advisory committee and board appointments.
- City Manager and Board of Directors - Records include those related to the legislative and executive branch of the city as well as the management of the City of Hot Springs and its various departments.
- Engineering - Records related to streets, street cuts, sidewalks, bridges, street lights, water and wastewater projects, excavation permits, drainage issues, public rights of way, utilities for new construction.
- Finance - Records related to general accounting, vendor payments, bids, payroll, debt issuance, annual budget, purchasing, fixes asset accounting, grant accounting, financial reporting, investments of funds, business licenses, city tax rates, alcohol tax and permits, tip sheet permits and seasonal parking permits.
- Fleet - Records related to city vehicles - inventory, maintenance, procurement, sale of surplus inventory.
- Hot Springs Fire Department – Records related to fire stations, fire hydrants and flow tests, burn permits, fire code compliance, hazardous materials responses, etc.
- Hot Springs Police Department – Records of the Hot Springs Police Department include patrol, traffic enforcement, criminal and narcotics investigations, community policing, nuisance abatement, animal services, special event oversight, crime prevention and detection, etc.
- Human Resources – Records related to employees, recruitment, personnel files, salaries, benefits, safety and workers compensation, employee handbook, policies and directives.

- Public Information – Records include press releases and other records related to City news and activities.
- Public Works – Records related to City property maintenance, storm water management, street and drainage improvements, traffic, urban forestry, speed humps, special event permits, banner policy, master street inventory, metal crowd control rack requests.
- Solid Waste – Records related to residential and commercial trash collection, CAPS services, tire disposal, recycling, dumpster pads, e-waste, etc.
- Utilities – Records related to water and wastewater treatment, permits, etc.
- Utility Billing Services - Records related to City utility billing for water customers, meter reading, testing and repairs, turning off/on meters, low pressure issues, etc.
